Employee Spotlight: Meet Raychel Hedge

It’s time for another EPC Employee Spotlight! Our employees are our greatest asset and we are fortunate to work with a phenomenal group of individuals. Meet our Controller, Raychel Hedge.

EPC: When did you join the company?

RH: I started in November of 2009, working part time at just 7 hours a week. At the time, I was only working on three of our 1-800-GOT-JUNK? locations. But I quickly moved to 40+ hours a week and haven’t looked back.

EPC: What do you think makes you a great contributor to the EPC family?

RH: My loyalty and my love for my co-workers.

EPC: Describe one of your favorite EPC moments.

RH: Winning Franchise of the Year at the 2021 Kickoff!

EPC: Give us 2 truths and 1 lie.

RH: Okay…

1. I lived in England for two and a half years.

2. I want to build a tiny home and live in a remote area.

3. My dad is 6’9” tall.

EPC: Tell us about the first job you ever held.

RH: I worked in a hospital kitchen when I was 15 years old.

EPC: What is your favorite type of food?

RH: Mediterranean!

EPC: What is one of your life goals?

RH: To take a trip to the Maldives!
